Role overview

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business, upsells, and cross-sells of Caseware’s OnPoint product suite, targeting small and medium-sized accounting firms and sole proprietors in the US market. You will be a founding member of the company’s expanding Sales Operations team.

Key responsibilities

Pursue new business opportunities with small firms and sole proprietors through both inbound and outbound sales activities, split equally between the two.
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify and engage potential clients within your assigned territory.
Manage inbound inquiries and convert interested prospects into customers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to expand product adoption.
Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized accounting and audit firms.
Work toward and exceed sales goals aligned with performance-based compensation.

Requirements

Proven sales experience with a demonstrated hunter mentality and success closing new business.
Achievement-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Eligibility to work in the United States with residency on the East Coast preferred.
Availability to work during North American time zones (EST, MT, or PST, depending on territory assignment).
Passion for sales and motivation by performance-based rewards for exceeding goals.
