Role overview

Careem is seeking an Account Manager to join the Food & Dineout team in Dubai. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with restaurant vendors on the Careem platform, helping them optimize their performance and achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage and nurture a portfolio of restaurant partners while monitoring their satisfaction and retention on the platform.
Drive partner performance improvements through regular business reviews, data-driven insights, and tailored strategic recommendations.
Work across Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and execute initiatives that create value for partners and Careem.
Address partner concerns promptly and efficiently to maintain positive relationships and service quality.
Track partner performance metrics and conduct analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
Support the onboarding and training process for new restaurant partners joining the platform.
Represent partner feedback and needs internally, collaborating with teams to drive platform enhancements.

Requirements

Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience in account management, partner success, business development, or comparable roles, ideally within technology, e-commerce, or food and beverage sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing external stakeholder relationships and influencing organizational decisions.
Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities across diverse audiences.
Proactive problem-solving approach with a drive to implement improvements and take action.
Capacity to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
