Role overview

This Assistant Vice President role leads the Enterprise Project Management Office’s artificial intelligence transformation while overseeing the organization’s most strategic initiatives. You will drive the development and deployment of AI tools and automated workflows that enhance operational productivity and provide management insights across the group.

Key responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management of the organization’s highest-impact strategic projects and programs.
Lead the EPMO team’s AI transformation by developing new tools, automations and products that improve productivity and management capabilities.
Design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows while ensuring proper adoption, data governance and ongoing refinement.
Establish frameworks, methodologies and organizational structures to manage initiatives effectively across the enterprise.
Coordinate with business owners to identify key milestones, manage interdependencies between initiatives and oversee risks and escalations.
Report on project progress, achievements, risks and challenges to senior management while supporting business owners in improving project plan quality.
Conduct quality assurance on deliverables, manage change requests and support ad hoc strategic projects as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in a Project Management Office role, including managing complete project lifecycles with teams of 5 or more stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI tools, agents or automations into business operations and leading implementations from ideation through closure.
Experience in real estate sector PMO management or corporate department PMO environments.
Technical expertise in AI agents and tools development, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering.
Proficiency in coding with Python and SQL, APIs, data integration, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure.
Strong capabilities in project management, Agile delivery, strategic planning, stakeholder management and research and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field; AI and PMP certifications are advantageous.
