Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation systems to ensure all records are organized, accessible, and compliant with project requirements.
Coordinate document distribution and control processes across project teams and stakeholders.
Track document revisions and maintain accurate version control throughout project lifecycles.
Prepare and submit required documentation to clients and regulatory bodies as needed.
Ensure documentation meets quality standards and project specifications.
Support project controls activities by providing accurate and timely document management support.

Requirements

Experience working as a document controller or in a similar project controls administrative role.
Proficiency with document management systems and related software tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across different disciplines and departments.
