Role overview

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Strategy Analyst to support strategic initiatives as the company enters a new phase of growth and transformation. In this role, you will conduct analysis, develop insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work on enterprise and business strategy efforts that shape key priorities throughout the company.

Key responsibilities

Support enterprise and business strategy through research, analysis, and insight development, including participation in annual strategic planning and ongoing strategic review cycles.
Analyze complex business problems using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Build analytical models, synthesize data, and create materials to support executive decision-making.
Develop business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for key initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support the execution of strategic priorities.
Monitor progress and performance of initiatives against established milestones and targets.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
Demonstrated capacity to structure problems and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency working with data and communicating findings as clear, actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and business functions.
Proactive approach with genuine interest in learning and taking ownership of work.
Fluency in English as a working language, required due to the company’s global operations and client base outside Quebec.
