Role overview

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Strategy Manager to support strategic planning and execution during a period of significant company growth and transformation. This role involves conducting analysis, developing business insights, and enabling cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions that align with enterprise priorities.

Key responsibilities

Support enterprise and business strategy initiatives through research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and insight development.
Contribute to annual strategic planning cycles and participate in ongoing strategic review processes.
Develop analytical models, synthesize data from multiple sources, and create materials to inform executive decision-making.
Build business cases and develop recommendations to support key strategic initiatives.
Work with teams across the organization to gather inputs, align on priorities, and support the execution of major projects.
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives against established milestones and performance targets.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with careful attention to detail.
Ability to structure complex business problems and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated comfort working with data and translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and business functions.
Proactive approach with genuine interest in continuous learning and taking ownership of projects.
Fluency in English as a working language.
