Role overview

Lightspeed is seeking an Enterprise Strategy Manager to join its Montreal operations team. The role supports enterprise and business strategy across the organization during a period of significant growth and multi-year transformation. You will conduct analysis, develop insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities

Support enterprise and business strategy efforts through research, analysis, and insight development, including contributions to annual strategic planning and ongoing strategic reviews.
Break down complex business problems and perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic discussions.
Build analytical models, synthesize data from multiple sources, and create materials to support executive-level decision-making.
Develop business cases, strategic plans, and recommendations for key initiatives and priorities.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Monitor progress and performance of initiatives against established milestones and targets.
