Role overview

Scale is building cutting-edge AI solutions for some of the world’s largest enterprises, transforming their businesses through generative AI applications. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will work directly with customers and Scale’s executive leadership to develop bespoke AI solutions that solve real business problems. Your focus will be on owning large AI projects end-to-end, from understanding customer needs through launching production-grade applications powered by Scale’s GenAI Platform.

Key responsibilities

Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value to world-class companies across diverse industries.
Partner with Scale executives and customer leadership to define and execute the product strategy for each engagement.
Own the complete product development lifecycle, including identifying customer pain points, writing product requirements, managing engineering work, overseeing testing, and coordinating launches.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product design, operations, marketing, go-to-market, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
Build repeatable, commercializable software from custom solutions, developing patterns and approaches that can be scaled across industries and customer bases.

Requirements

Hold a technical degree in computer science, engineering, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
Have at least four years of experience building ML-powered products, with enterprise product experience being advantageous.
Possess a strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications within enterprise environments.
Demonstrate comfort operating in fast-paced settings with high levels of ambiguity and change.
Display exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication abilities with a proven capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
Have some coding experience, specifically with Python.
