Role overview

Ziina is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join the Platform team in Dubai and develop internal tools that support our operations. You will enhance existing systems while progressively building an in-house back-office platform, working across the full stack to translate complex operational needs into intuitive, secure software solutions.

Key responsibilities

Work with operations, compliance, risk, customer support, product, and engineering teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improved tooling and automation.
Enhance and extend the workflows within our existing third-party back-office solution by building necessary integrations and supporting services.
Contribute to defining and incrementally building Ziina’s proprietary back-office platform, shepherding features from initial discovery through design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing iteration.
Convert intricate operational processes into user-friendly and dependable experiences that incorporate appropriate access controls, safeguards, and audit capabilities.
Create consistent patterns for internal interfaces and service integrations while ensuring critical workflows are thoroughly tested, monitored, and resilient to potential failures.

Requirements

Minimum four years of full-stack development experience, with demonstrated comfort across web applications, APIs, backend services, and relational databases.
Genuine interest in understanding operational workflows and delivering solutions tailored to internal users.
Ability to bring clarity and structure to vague requirements and drive work forward independently.
Skill in balancing rapid delivery with security, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues, combined with high integrity and collaborative values.
Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
