- Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize processes and integrate systems across the sales technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clay.
- Own and continuously improve the monthly bookings audit in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting for executive and board-level decision-making.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales booking forecast meetings, delivering actionable insights on pipeline health and deal progression.
- Synthesize complex data into clear executive communications covering forecast, bookings, and pipeline progress for leadership teams.
- Develop deep expertise in Benevity’s booking calculation methodology and GTM metrics, including New Logo, Renewals, and Upsell/Cross-sell, serving as an organizational subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Salesforce and HubSpot that drive both individual seller productivity and leadership visibility into sales performance.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of hands-on experience in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations within a SaaS or technology environment, with exposure across the full revenue funnel.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot; experience with ZoomInfo, LeanData, Cloudingo, and Clay is highly valued.
- Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to work with complex data sets, build reports and dashboards, and translate findings into executive-ready narratives that drive decisions.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership to drive process alignment and system adoption.
- Exceptional attention to detail with clear documentation skills and the ability to manage precise, accurate work across competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill operational data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and C-Suite audiences.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation as accelerators for GTM operations, with the ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and proactively identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies.
