Role overview

Analog is developing robotics, spatial intelligence systems, and AI agents, operating from a 70-person office in Abu Dhabi where hardware is tested on-site and demos run continuously. As Infrastructure Engineer, you will own the on-premises and cloud systems that keep this physical infrastructure operational, ensuring that the network supporting robots and live demonstrations performs reliably.

Key responsibilities

Manage on-premises network infrastructure, firewalls, and servers that support day-to-day operations and hardware testing.
Design cloud network architecture and establish network requirements in collaboration with product engineering teams.
Ensure live demonstrations operate smoothly by maintaining and optimizing infrastructure reliability.
Develop and implement the company’s GPU strategy for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Handle procurement of physical hardware and vendor management for infrastructure components.
Provide direct technical support to engineers relying on your infrastructure setup.

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience managing on-premises networks, firewalls, and server infrastructure.
Working knowledge of cloud networking, with Azure experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to own procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
Based in the UAE with existing local experience and familiarity with regional vendors and infrastructure.
Strong communication skills across both technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What makes this role worth considering

This position uniquely bridges on-premises and cloud infrastructure rather than focusing on either alone, meaning your decisions directly enable physical robots and live demos to function. You will work in a flat engineering structure with direct access to the teams depending on your systems, rather than through management layers, giving you immediate visibility into how your work impacts the company’s core operations.
