SOCi is an AI-powered marketing platform serving nearly 1,000 major brands across multi-location businesses. As a Local Visibility Optimization Specialist, you will deliver professional services that help customers improve their local search performance, rankings, and digital presence across search, maps, and listings channels.

Key responsibilities

Execute local SEO audits and develop customer-specific success plans that identify opportunities, priorities, and recommended actions for improved visibility.
Produce monthly analysis reports that explain performance trends, visibility changes, and next steps in clear, actionable terms for customers.
Conduct keyword tracking, competitive analysis, and performance monitoring to help customers understand their local search position relative to competitors.
Participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to present insights, discuss recommendations, and align on strategic priorities.
Track customer recommendations and optimizations throughout the engagement lifecycle to measure progress and support continuous improvement.
Partner with Customer Success Managers and leadership to ensure local optimization work supports broader customer goals and maintains service consistency.
Stay current on local SEO trends, Google Business Profile updates, search algorithm changes, and emerging local discovery channels that affect customer visibility.

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience in SEO, local SEO, digital marketing, marketing analytics, professional services, customer success, or a related customer-facing advisory role.
Demonstrated expertise in local SEO, Google Business Profile management, listings optimization, local landing pages, keyword strategy, and search visibility best practices.
Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable, customer-focused recommendations.
Experience creating customer-facing reports, presentations, audits, or strategic recommendations.
Direct experience working with customers in an advisory, consulting, professional services, customer success, or digital marketing capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple customer deliverables and reporting timelines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
