As Manager of Marketing Operations, Campaigns & Emails, you will oversee the marketing automation platform and technology infrastructure that enables the global Marketing team to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

Maintain database health and integrity to support accurate marketing operations and reporting.
Design and execute email marketing and nurture programs that engage audiences at scale.
Process and accelerate leads through the pipeline to improve conversion efficiency.
Support the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across the organization.
Contribute to marketing reporting and monitor key performance indicators to track progress against goals.
Implement new marketing tools and processes that enhance team capabilities and workflows.
Create documentation and training materials to ensure consistent use of systems and best practices across teams.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing marketing automation platforms and technology stacks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage competing demands.
Proficiency in email marketing execution and campaign management.
Experience with marketing operations, including lead processing and pipeline acceleration.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and contribute to operational excellence.
Self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
