Role overview

As Manager, Markets Sales, you will lead derivatives sales growth for Coinbase Advanced across the UAE, MENA, and Europe. This role focuses on building relationships with professional traders and expanding market share for crypto perpetuals, options, and RWA products in some of the fastest-growing markets in the industry.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage a network of professional traders across the UAE, MENA, and Europe, driving revenue through relationship-based client acquisition, onboarding, and account management.
Execute regional sales strategy for the designated markets, meeting targets for market penetration, trading volume growth, and client expansion.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to adapt perpetual futures, futures, and options products to comply with regional regulations and address market demands.
Serve as a senior representative of Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences throughout the region to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Establish and refine sales processes, CRM workflows, and pipeline management systems to increase origination efficiency and reporting quality across the regional operation.

Requirements

Minimum eight years of experience in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring within crypto or traditional markets such as FX, rates, or equities, with demonstrated P&L ownership and a proven ability to independently source and close high-value clients.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics in the UAE, MENA, and European crypto sectors, with evidence of executing regional growth strategies in derivatives markets.
Strong technical expertise in perpetual futures, futures, and options products, backed by established relationships across prosumer and advanced retail trading communities in the region.
Track record of success working with active and prosumer traders, including high-value retail clients and professional day traders, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue and volume targets on derivatives platforms.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the UAE, MENA, and Europe for client engagement and industry participation.
Responsible approach to generative AI tools, maintaining appropriate human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
