As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and systems that power AI products, working alongside cross-functional teams to convert business challenges into impactful AI applications.

Key responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance the capabilities of AI solutions.
Work with advanced AI techniques including Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, applying them to real-world business problems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable machine learning tasks.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve models based on real-world performance and evolving business requirements.
Build and maintain robust data preprocessing pipelines to ensure high-quality input data for model development.

Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, reinforcement learning, data science, or a related field.
Proven experience with Large Language Models and fine-tuning techniques.
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline.
Strong programming proficiency in Python or R, with preference for candidates demonstrating competitive coding experience such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, or Kaggle achievements.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, along with generative AI technologies and libraries including Langchain, Weaviate, Langgraph, and LlamaIndex.
Demonstrated success applying data science and machine learning to solve real-world, business-critical problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
