Role overview

This position involves managing ancillary fare pricing and filing for Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate implementation of pricing rules across distribution channels, analyzing competitive strategies, and leading initiatives to optimize revenue management and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

Monitor competitor revenue management and distribution strategies to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Manage the accurate and timely delivery of ancillary pricing rules across various distribution systems.
Investigate and resolve channel conflicts by conducting necessary validation checks.
Lead cross-functional projects from a pricing and ancillary perspective in collaboration with strategic stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise for Revenue Management and Ancillary department projects.
Manage workflows between Revenue Management teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed service level agreements.
Support ancillary testing and validation activities across different channels and tools.
Ensure revenue management systems and databases are accurately updated and benchmarked.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Four years of experience in revenue management or related roles, with a minimum of two to three years specifically in ancillary filing using ATPCO systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of fare and ancillary coding, which is essential for this position.
Experience with other revenue management systems is advantageous.
