Role overview

Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to lead design work for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. This is an early-stage design role where you will own the full product development process, from initial concept through implementation, creating intuitive AI-driven experiences for critical business and government applications.

Key responsibilities

Own the complete design lifecycle for new products, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver solutions quickly and effectively.
Translate feedback from product managers and clients into well-developed design concepts and visual prototypes.
Manage communication with multiple stakeholders to establish alignment on design direction and expectations.
Create polished visual presentations and prototypes using AI-powered design tools to communicate concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Base design decisions on research findings, user data, and insights gathered throughout the product development process.

Requirements

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Ability to work effectively with uncertainty and evolving requirements in early-stage product environments.
Experience working at both startup and established companies, with at least one role at a respected organization known for strong product development practices.
Demonstrated background designing B2B products for government or enterprise customers.
Prior work experience in the GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or UAE), or current residence in the GCC with willingness to relocate if needed.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude.
Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or Graphic Design.
Portfolio demonstrating professional presentation, polish, and clear visual storytelling ability.
