Role overview

APPLY is an Agentic Customer Experience partner that works with major consumer and entertainment brands including Arc’teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz to design and deliver AI-native solutions. As a Project Management Lead, you will oversee multi-track programs and portfolios spanning digital strategy, products, platforms, and marketing, establishing delivery standards that ensure transparent and commercially sound execution.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage large-scale digital programs and portfolios across multiple workstreams and business areas.
Set and enforce delivery standards that create transparent, predictable outcomes aligned with commercial objectives.
Lead delivery practitioners and teams, establishing credibility and trust with both team members and senior leadership.
Navigate fluidly between high-level program strategy and detailed workstream execution, addressing complex challenges as they arise.
Define guardrails and operating parameters for teams working within an agentic delivery model where human practitioners collaborate with AI agents.
Own review gates and decision points across workstreams to maintain quality and accountability.
Champion human judgment as the centerpiece of all deliverables, ensuring AI is leveraged to enhance rather than replace human decision-making.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience running large digital programs and leading delivery teams in digital agency or consultancy environments.
Proven ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision into executable plans.
Strong background in digital strategy, product delivery, or platform management.
Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with demonstrated willingness to evolve your delivery practices.
Ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders through clear communication and results.
Location in Canada with availability to work hours aligned to Pacific or Eastern time zones in a hybrid or remote capacity.
