Role overview

Guidepoint connects research teams with subject-matter experts to support informed business decision-making. As a Project Manager in the Client Service team, you will manage key client accounts and lead Associates in matching clients with the right experts for their research needs, often delivering matches within hours.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client relationships and oversee service delivery for your assigned accounts.
Coordinate with a team of Associates to execute client requests for research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, products, and technologies.
Train Associates on best practices for sourcing, recruiting, and screening Advisors to ensure optimal matches for each client project.
Collaborate with Business Development teams to help clients maximize their use of Guidepoint’s services.
Work alongside other Project Managers to provide industry guidance and support across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
At least two years of experience in client-facing roles or account management.
Demonstrated experience managing a team.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Intellectual curiosity, a desire to learn, and comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a metrics-driven, KPI-focused setting.
