Sales Associate – Long Island

Role overview

As a Sales Associate based on Long Island, you will be instrumental in expanding the company’s U.S. presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing corporate accounts, and building lasting client relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to determine customer potential and suitability for Lalamove services.
• Establish and develop corporate accounts with new clients across the Long Island region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support account growth and retention.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to broader team revenue goals.
• Conduct field-based sales activities throughout Long Island to engage prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team members during weekly office days in New York City to align on strategy and share progress toward team objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of identifying business opportunities and closing accounts.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships in a competitive market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to represent Lalamove effectively to corporate prospects.
• Capability to work independently in the field while remaining aligned with team goals and strategies.
• Willingness to commit to a hybrid work schedule with four days in the field and one day in the NYC office.
