Role overview

Analog develops robots, spatial intelligence systems, and an AI agent called Ana that maintains context across conversations, serving governments and enterprises with technology that operates in real-world environments. As a Security Engineer in Abu Dhabi, you would join a ~70-person infrastructure team during a phase of significant growth, directly shaping how the company’s security foundations are built to scale.

Key responsibilities

Assess and strengthen cloud security posture across Azure environments, implementing hardening measures across the infrastructure.
Manage identity and access governance using tools such as Entra ID, overseeing privileged access and conducting access reviews.
Oversee vulnerability management and patching processes to maintain system integrity across the organization.
Establish security monitoring, alerting systems, and lead incident response efforts when issues arise.
Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, covering code, dependencies, containers, and secrets management.
Manage endpoint security and device compliance standards across the organization.
Conduct security reviews of third-party vendors and partners, and coordinate compliance activities, penetration testing, and security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

Hands-on experience securing Azure cloud environments in production settings.
Strong understanding of identity and access management platforms, including Entra ID or equivalent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
Practical background in vulnerability management and incident response procedures.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks, audit processes, and security standards.
Ability to communicate security risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
