- Integrate multiple platforms and data systems across the organisation, including Jira, Confluence, Workday, and data warehouses, by building and maintaining API connections.
- Proactively evaluate the operating model to identify and prototype new AI-enabled solutions that scale smoothly and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Mentor team members across the business operations community to build confidence and capability in using modern AI tooling.
- Collaborate with Embedded Operations Managers, Technical Program Managers, and senior leaders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering with proficiency in languages such as Python or TypeScript and demonstrated experience in full-stack tool creation.
- Hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence tools, coding agents, and low-code frameworks to deliver production-ready software solutions.
- Practical skill in evaluating trade-offs between building custom software, implementing low-code workflows, and extending existing SaaS platforms.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and designing clean data structures using tools like Jira, Confluence, or enterprise data warehouses.
- Strong product mindset that treats internal stakeholders as valued customers, with a demonstrated drive for rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Natural curiosity about organisational design combined with the ability to communicate comfortably with both engineering and business operations audiences.
