Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by leading companies including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, and Mars. As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant, you will lead customer onboarding and implementations, working with a diverse range of new clients across industries to deploy Zip’s product and drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

Lead project teams through the complete onboarding and implementation process for new customers, with emphasis on project management and understanding client requirements.
Build out customer processes from scratch, taking a hands-on approach to implementation delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
Manage project requirements and tasks proactively across multiple customer onboardings to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Conduct training sessions and Q&A forums with customers and key stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the product independently.
Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests and help set realistic expectations around what the platform can support.
Continuously refine post-sales processes and implementation approaches to help customers achieve value faster.
Take ownership of customer success and satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.

Requirements

Three to six years of experience implementing or administering finance and procurement systems such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA Procurement and AP, SAP Ariba Buying or Invoicing, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, or Sage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly.
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and demonstrated pride in quality work.
Advanced data management capabilities, particularly working with large datasets and sensitive customer information in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable with software configuration and able to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and push back on requests while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Technical skills are a plus but not required; the role emphasizes configuration knowledge over coding ability.
