Role overview

APPLY is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join its Toronto-based team on a one-year contract. APPLY partners with major consumer and entertainment brands—including Arc’teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz—to design and deliver agentic customer experience solutions that combine strategic vision with commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

Develop brand identities from initial concept through completion, including stylescapes and comprehensive brand books.
Facilitate live workshops and collaborative sessions with clients to explore brand direction and gather feedback.
Design user interfaces and product experiences using both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative platforms.
Move fluidly between brand strategy work and interface design, applying graphic design principles across both disciplines.
Leverage AI-native tools and agentic design capabilities to accelerate creative output and explore new visual directions.
Bring consultant-level agility and client readiness to all project engagements, balancing speed with quality.

Requirements

Strong foundation in graphic design with demonstrated expertise in visual identity and brand development.
Deep fluency with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Figma Weave, and Veo.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design software.
Ability to think strategically about brand while maintaining hands-on design craft and visual execution.
Experience working in an agency environment or consulting model, with the ability to move quickly and collaborate closely with clients.
Based in Canada and available to work during Eastern Timezone business hours.
