APPLY is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join its Toronto-based team. The company partners with major consumer and entertainment brands—including Arc’teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz—to design and deliver customer experience solutions powered by AI. This is a visual craft-focused position that bridges graphic design, brand strategy, and interface design.

Key responsibilities

Develop brand identities from initial concept through completion, including stylescapes and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Facilitate live workshops and brand exploration sessions with clients.
Create user interface designs and product design work alongside traditional creative output.
Work proficiently with both conventional design tools and AI-powered creative platforms to deliver solutions.
Apply agency consultant principles to client engagements, prioritizing speed, collaboration, and client-ready deliverables.
Move fluidly between brand strategy communication and hands-on interface work across projects.

Requirements

Strong foundation in graphic design with demonstrated expertise in visual communication.
Deep fluency and practical experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Figma Weave, or Veo.
Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface and product design work.
Ability to think strategically about brand positioning and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Experience working in an agency environment or consulting capacity with external clients.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
