Role overview

Geotab is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, processing billions of vehicle data points daily to help businesses manage fleets more efficiently and safely. As Senior Product Manager for Vehicle Data in EMEA, you will own product strategy and development across multiple products and segments, driving portfolio-level prioritization aligned with the company’s broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Analyze the infrastructure required to support growth of existing and new revenue streams and identify how telematics solutions can deliver value to customers.
Own the comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders while executing strategic initiatives that support long-term business goals.
Lead customer discovery initiatives and mentor team members in conducting interviews to refine value propositions and validate product-market fit.
Establish reporting and monitoring frameworks that measure success through both qualitative and quantitative metrics across multiple product dimensions.
Design and implement feedback loops at scale to ensure continuous alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
Communicate product strategy and rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring company-wide understanding of product efforts.
Lead problem validation and solution design, providing strategic direction on critical initiatives while working closely with technical project managers on execution.
Mentor other product managers and contribute to enhancing product management frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

Five to eight years of experience in product management and customer discovery.
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Demonstrated expertise in using user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making and improve product performance.
Strong proficiency in Agile planning methods and experience managing products through discovery, launch, and continuous review cycles.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to identify patterns across diverse information sources and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Strategic mindset with strong diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities, and comfort working in a flat organizational structure.
