Role overview

Analog builds robotics for field work, urban intelligence platforms, holographic experiences, and an AI agent called Ana. Based in Abu Dhabi with a team of 80+, the company is generating significant momentum in technology. As a Social & Digital Producer, you’ll be the operational backbone ensuring the company’s most interesting stories reach the world at the right time, on the right platform, and in the right format.

Key responsibilities

Manage up to three brand social accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube, preparing assets and scheduling posts across multiple time zones.
Handle paid social boosts and monitor comments or messages that require human attention.
Maintain the company website, keeping the CMS current, links functional, and job postings up to date.
Optimize SEO performance, including visibility in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and run quarterly website audits.
Manage content calendars, coordinate deadlines with international agencies and vendors on merchandise and giveaways, and organize shared file systems.
Produce monthly reports that translate analytics into clear recommendations on post timing, content formats, and audience insights for the CMO and design team.

Requirements

Between 3 and 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media operations.
Demonstrated experience managing brand accounts on major social platforms.
Strong understanding of social algorithms, ad systems, and scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CMS management with familiarity using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when juggling multiple timelines and priorities.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Comfortable working in shared environments like OneDrive and Notion.
