Role overview

Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform that helps companies streamline purchasing across teams, tools, and suppliers. As a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Zip for new enterprise customers, managing the full lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through successful product adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities

Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers with a focus on understanding their specific requirements and configuring the product to address their business challenges.
Manage end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers, building out their processes from the ground up.
Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to ensure they can use the product independently without ongoing support from Zip.
Oversee proactive project management across multiple customer implementations, tracking requirements and tasks through completion.
Delegate and supervise project activities performed by supporting solutions and technical consultants.
Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests, determine feasibility, and manage customer expectations accordingly.
Identify opportunities to streamline post-sales processes and reduce time to value for customers.

Requirements

Six or more years of experience in procurement or sourcing management, ERP or P2P systems consulting, or managing enterprise customer relationships in B2B SaaS.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide, ideally global, P2P or ERP implementation projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to high-quality execution.
Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
Comfort with software configuration and willingness to advocate for customer needs while maintaining positive relationships.
Technical skills are a plus but not required; strong software configuration knowledge is essential.
