Role overview

Kepler Communications is seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to develop and execute integrated communications strategies that enhance the company’s brand and support key business objectives. Kepler operates the first commercial optical data relay constellation, with 33 satellites launched to date, providing real-time on-orbit connectivity for critical missions and advanced space capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Develop integrated communications strategies that strengthen the company’s brand positioning and align with business priorities.
Translate complex technical concepts and space technology into clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
Manage communications projects from initial concept through publication and performance measurement.
Collaborate across internal teams and with company leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
Provide on-site support for customer visits, filming, photography, employee events, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

Demonstrated exceptional writing skills and strategic communications expertise.
Proven ability to distill and communicate technical information for non-specialist audiences.
Experience managing communications projects through all phases of development, execution, and analysis.
Capacity to work collaboratively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
Availability for hybrid work in Toronto with flexibility for on-site participation in company events and activities.
