Role overview

Scale AI’s Global Public Sector team builds custom AI applications to solve critical challenges facing governments worldwide. As a Strategist based in Doha, you will drive growth of the public sector business unit in Qatar, developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with government stakeholders and technical teams to identify and close major opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Scale leadership, the Head of EMEA, and strategy teams to develop and execute GTM strategy for customer acquisition across Qatar.
Engage with potential government clients to identify high-impact AI solutions and shape their vision for adopting AI technology.
Navigate complex organizational structures, build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, and qualify opportunities through to signed deals.
Develop financial models, business cases, and proposal materials that demonstrate the value and impact of Scale’s AI offerings.
Design and conduct AI workshops and create product demos to showcase potential solutions to clients.
Serve as a trusted AI advisor to clients, supporting both project delivery and strategic advisory work.
Measure and communicate the impact and value of AI applications to stakeholders.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in public sector sales or consulting.
Demonstrated track record of personally shaping and closing deals valued between $500,000 and $5 million or more for complex public sector solutions.
Experience selling AI products or services to government or enterprise clients.
Proven ability to build go-to-market strategies that drive scalable growth.
Strong capability in partnering with both business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges and develop solutions.
Experience creating and communicating executive-level materials and presentations.
Written and spoken fluency in Arabic.
