Role overview

Kpler is a global intelligence platform founded in 2014 that simplifies complex market information across commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. As Team Lead – Sales Specialist, Arbitrage & Refineries, you will combine individual sales responsibility with team leadership, driving growth of Kpler’s Arbitrage and Refineries products while building and managing a sales team.

Key responsibilities

Develop global market penetration and adoption of Kpler’s Arbitrage and Refineries products across the EMEA region.
Own and grow a defined book of business within your territory while maintaining an active commercial pipeline.
Lead a team of two Sales Specialists across global territories, providing support with territory planning, pipeline development, and client engagement.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Business Units, Product, and other Commercial teams to strengthen Kpler’s market position and drive revenue growth.
Identify and convert commercial opportunities for both your own accounts and your team’s portfolio.
Support your team with forecasting guidance and pipeline management to ensure consistent performance.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience in sales, with a track record of managing and growing client relationships.
Deep understanding of or passion for commodity markets and trading strategies.
Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior-level commodity traders and market participants.
Proven leadership experience with the capacity to develop and motivate team members.
Intellectual curiosity and energy to understand complex market dynamics and communicate value effectively.
