Role overview

Aldar seeks a Vice President of Organization Development to lead transformation and change initiatives across the group. This role manages organizational design, workforce planning, and position management while driving the digital transformation of OD functions through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational development priorities and design solutions that close capability gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and spin-offs aligned with strategic objectives.
Develop and execute an Organization Development AI roadmap that identifies and implements opportunities to leverage large language models, AI agents, and workflow automation across OD processes.
Build, pilot, and scale AI agents and digital platforms to enhance organization design, workforce planning, and position management capabilities.
Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to identify improvement opportunities and support executive decision-making.
Lead workforce planning and budgeting using predictive analytics, AI-assisted scenario modeling, and digital tools to inform strategic workforce decisions.
Manage the end-to-end position management process using workflow automation and AI tools, ensuring accurate HR system records and timely approvals for position changes.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Design, HR business partnering, or HR consulting, preferably within real estate, diversified conglomerates, or private sector organizations in the GCC.
Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, position management, and organizational structuring within large corporate or consulting environments.
Proven expertise in organization design methodologies and in-depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.
Experience leveraging large language models such as Claude or ChatGPT and AI agents to redesign business processes.
Knowledge of automation platforms including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or equivalent tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field; MBA, Doctorate, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
Strong conflict resolution, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders; excellent attention to detail and capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
