Citibank Job Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of operations and products related to Transaction Services (Cash, Trade, Account Services), Markets & Securities Services, Private Banking, and Wealth Management, including knowledge of banking practices, processes, and technology in these fields.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as an O&T Head, within organizations of comparable size and scale.
- Exceptional skills in continuously measuring, enhancing, and optimizing operations-related functions.
- Ability to comprehend and influence the broader picture, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders from different functional areas.
- Excellent knowledge of internal Compliance requirements, MCA process, operations, and technology policies and procedures.

- Strong familiarity with core Citi Systems.
- Experience in O&T budgeting and expense management.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for these positions, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 15+ years of banking experience, preferably within Citigroup, with a bachelor’s degree in management, banking, accounting, or finance.
- Specifically, a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Operations and Technology (O&T) is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in roles of similar scale or size is expected.
