Job Overview

KKLM Passenger Transport is looking for dedicated Limousine Drivers to transport passengers via popular mobile apps like Yango, Uber, and Careem. Our company has priority in Yango’s distribution of orders, ensuring consistent work opportunities for our drivers.

As a driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in our fleet of premium vehicles, including the GMC Yukon, Tesla, Hyundai Azera, and more. You’ll be expected to maintain a professional and clean appearance, provide excellent service, and follow all traffic and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Transport passengers as per orders from Yango, Uber, and Careem.
  • Work in various shifts, which may include:
    • 12/12: 12 hours on and 12 hours off
    • 16/24: 16 hours on and 24 hours off
    • Other shifts as required by the company.
  • Drive premium-class vehicles and ensure the car’s cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Report to the office weekly (location: Al Barsha 1) to inspect your vehicle, ensure personal grooming standards, and submit cash collected for completed rides. Depending on cash in hand, additional office visits may be required.

Driver Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 25 and 47 years old.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Keep the vehicle in top condition as it represents a premium service.
  • Start and complete work shifts on time.
  • Accept and fulfill all orders, adhering to passenger transport regulations.
  • Follow UAE traffic laws diligently.

Non-compliance with these requirements will lead to penalties.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month
    • Basic Salary + Commission: The commission is based on a gradient system where the higher your income from completing rides, the higher your commission percentage.
  • Fines: Any fines (traffic violations, RTA fines, etc.) will be deducted from the driver’s salary.

In addition to the regular salary, top-performing drivers will receive extra benefits such as:

  • Additional days off.
  • Airfare compensation for vacation trips.
  • Comprehensive support from the company.

During the low season (June to August), drivers can expect to earn between AED 3,000 and AED 4,000. In the high season, earnings can increase to AED 6,000 or even AED 7,000.
