Role overview

This is a 12-week summer internship with Coinbase’s Acceleration Programs team, which sits within the Talent Density pillar of the People organization. You will contribute to initiatives designed to attract, recognize, and accelerate top talent across the company, working on projects that directly support Coinbase’s core operating priority of placing exceptional people in every role.

Key responsibilities

Contribute actively to program design through brainstorming sessions, working groups, and the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Work alongside Talent Density team members and cross-functional People Team partners to execute all aspects of program logistics from start to finish.
Collect and analyze feedback from multiple sources to evaluate how well programs achieve their goals and propose data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to support scalability and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

Proven experience taking a project from initial concept through completion, including the ability to establish timelines and monitor progress against deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a preference for using data to inform decisions.
Excellent organizational abilities that allow you to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working independently in a remote setting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Responsible use of generative AI tools with a commitment to maintaining human oversight to produce business-ready work and drive improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
