As an Associate in Strategic Finance, you will support the company’s strategy and growth by conducting financial analysis, building models, and providing quantitative insights that inform major business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Develop advanced financial models to evaluate new business initiatives and support strategic planning.
Work with teams across the company to coordinate capital markets activity and financing strategies.
Establish and implement new financial processes and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
Analyze quantitative data to generate insights that guide decision-making at the organizational level.
Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to understand business needs and translate them into financial analysis.

Requirements

Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in financial modeling.
Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly learn new domains and business contexts.
Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-native ways of working.
Excellent communication skills to distill complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
