Flow is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join its MENA marketing division in Riyadh. Flow operates as an integrated real estate, technology, and operations platform offering condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces designed to foster flexible living and community connection.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that align with Flow’s vision of creating connected, human-centered communities across the MENA region.
Lead brand positioning and messaging initiatives to communicate Flow’s value proposition to target audiences.
Manage marketing campaigns that promote Flow’s residential, hospitality, and commercial offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Monitor brand performance and market trends to inform strategic recommendations and campaign optimization.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support brand growth and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in brand marketing, with demonstrated success in developing and launching brand strategies.
Strong understanding of real estate, lifestyle, or community-focused brand positioning.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
Experience working in or with the MENA market is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across departments.
Strategic mindset with proficiency in analyzing market data and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
