As a Creative Advisor with the Human Frontier Collective at Scale, you’ll partner directly with artificial intelligence research and machine learning teams to shape how AI models understand and support creative work. Your role bridges the gap between creative practice and AI development, helping researchers understand real-world creative processes and providing expert feedback that informs model improvement.

Key responsibilities

Connect with other creative professionals and researchers within the Human Frontier Collective to build a network across your industry.
Share your creative methods, judgment, taste, and decision-making processes to inform how AI models are developed in your field.
Collaborate with ML and research teams on commissioned briefs to create new work that tests what models can and cannot accomplish.
Define standards for quality in your creative domain and evaluate model outputs against those standards.
Provide detailed feedback identifying where AI falls short of real creative practices and suggest improvements to how models learn your craft.
Introduce other accomplished creators from your field to the program and share insights about your participation.
