Key responsibilities

Monitor and interpret regulatory developments affecting ADGM operations and implement necessary compliance measures
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation frameworks
Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to identify potential gaps or risks
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory alignment across all operational areas
Prepare compliance reports and communicate regulatory matters to senior management
Support the Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer in managing relationships with regulatory authorities

Requirements

Strong understanding of ADGM regulatory framework and international compliance standards
Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within financial services or blockchain sectors
Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and with external stakeholders
Knowledge of digital asset regulations and cryptocurrency compliance practices
