Role overview

Caseware is seeking a DevOps Developer to join the Platform Engineering team in Toronto. With over 35 years of industry experience, Caseware uses AI-powered technology to support audit and accounting professionals across 130 countries. In this role, you will develop and maintain the internal platform that enables fast, safe, and scalable delivery across a large monorepo environment containing over 1,000 projects.

Key responsibilities

Design and optimize platform infrastructure to support teams working with TypeScript, Angular, NestJS, and Java services.
Develop automation and tooling solutions that improve developer experience and reduce friction in the deployment pipeline.
Manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure to support serverless workloads and containerized applications.
Architect solutions that address the complexity of operating and maintaining a monorepo with 1,000+ projects.
Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to understand platform needs and deliver scalable solutions.
Implement practices and processes that enhance the speed and safety of software delivery.

Requirements

Strong experience working with monorepo architectures and related tooling.
Proven expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Demonstrated knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code approaches.
Familiarity with TypeScript, Java, and modern development frameworks such as Angular and NestJS.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex platform engineering challenges at scale.
