Role overview

This Director position leads global benefits strategy for Everpure, a data platform company that closed fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue. You will own the design, governance, and financial management of health, welfare, retirement, leave, and well-being programs across all operating regions, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards. This high-visibility role involves leading benefits integration during mergers and acquisitions while partnering with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to align multi-million-dollar benefit investments with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

Design and evaluate comprehensive global health, retirement, time-off, and well-being programs across all operating regions to enhance workforce engagement and competitive market positioning.
Serve as a core administrator on the U.S. 401(k) Fiduciary Committee, lead Works Council interactions, and oversee mandatory statutory audits and international governance to ensure compliance with SOX audit standards.
Partner with Finance to manage healthcare cost forecasting, conduct quantitative utilization analysis, and oversee global broker performance and vendor service level agreements to optimize program expenditures.
Direct benefits due diligence, integration frameworks, and localized program establishment for corporate acquisitions and expansion into new international markets.
Collaborate with Internal Communications to execute open enrollment campaigns and serve as the subject matter expert for complex benefits inquiries and employee escalations.

Requirements

Extensive experience designing, governing, and executing complex international health, welfare, retirement, and statutory leave architecture in high-growth enterprise environments across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Demonstrated expertise overseeing large-scale benefit budgets, vendor management, health cost forecasting, and managing statutory compliance and 401(k) fiduciary responsibilities.
Proven success leading cross-organizational M&A benefits integration, establishing new country programs, and managing both strategic planning and hands-on operational delivery.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of partnering with executive leaders, Finance, and HR teams, plus hands-on experience with Workday and modern enterprise HR technology systems.
