Role overview

Scale AI is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead customer delivery for a national security organization implementing agentic workflows. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact across all organizational levels, manage day-to-day program execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI/ML solution deployment and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop customer relationships with stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to end users.
Collaborate with customers to identify, define, and scope agentic workflow use cases that the engineering team will develop and refine.
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver AI/ML solutions that meet or exceed customer objectives.
Proactively identify customer needs and operational pain points to drive successful outcomes and prevent issues.
Oversee the onboarding and implementation process to ensure smooth customer account activation and adoption.

Requirements

Possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
Demonstrate 5 or more years of professional experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale applications and solutions.
Show a proven ability to approach problems using structured, analytics-driven methodologies.
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Be available to work onsite with the customer in the Omaha area 4 days per week and travel at least 25 percent as needed.
