  • Mentor team members and share feedback with empathy to foster an inclusive team culture and continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in planning, delivery, and resolving complex legacy problems including database scalability challenges and API modernization.

Requirements

  • Proficient backend development experience with one or more programming languages including C#, .NET, Java, or Go.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts such as service-to-service communication, eventual consistency, and resilience patterns.
  • Practical experience working with relational databases where transactional data integrity and ACID principles are critical.
  • Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices, automated testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Interest in utilizing modern artificial intelligence tools to enhance personal productivity and streamline engineering workflows.

What makes this role worth considering

This position offers exposure to significant architectural modernization work, transitioning from monolithic systems to microservices while working with contemporary cloud technologies.
