Enterprise Account Manager - Supply Chain and Logistics

Role overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager for Supply Chain and Logistics at Kpler, you will manage strategic relationships with the company’s largest global enterprise clients. Kpler provides intelligence and analytics platforms that help organizations in commodities, energy, and maritime sectors make informed decisions about complex trade and supply chain matters. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and help these organizations solve critical business challenges using Kpler’s data and SaaS analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

Drive strategic growth and expansion within Kpler’s highest-value global enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders at client organizations.
Develop multi-threaded account strategies that align with client objectives and Kpler’s growth goals.
Lead commercial negotiations on high-stakes deals to secure significant revenue growth.
Identify opportunities to increase net retention and unlock long-term revenue expansion within existing accounts.
Help enterprise clients address critical trade and supply chain challenges using Kpler’s platforms and market intelligence.

Requirements

Proven experience as an enterprise account manager or in a similar strategic account management role, ideally working with complex global organizations.
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and navigate C-level stakeholder environments.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high-value deals and driving net retention growth.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, commodities, energy, or maritime sectors is preferred.
Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover and address critical client business challenges.
