- Investigate the root causes and financial impact of device loss, then design scalable strategies to improve recovery and reduce associated losses.
- Detect emerging patterns of scams and abuse, working with cross-functional partners to create preventative measures that minimize financial impact while protecting the member experience.
- Build testing and measurement frameworks to evaluate revenue recovery initiatives, quantify their impact, and continuously refine performance.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Membership Services, Legal, and other departments to prioritize initiatives that balance revenue recovery, risk management, operational efficiency, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in payments, revenue operations, fraud and risk management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and experimentation to uncover opportunities, diagnose problems, and deliver measurable business results.
- Experience developing or optimizing payment recovery, fraud prevention, loss prevention, or similar revenue-protection programs.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to quantify revenue leakage and build business cases for proposed solutions.
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives involving multiple departments such as Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
- Ability to navigate trade-offs between revenue optimization, risk reduction, and member experience while exercising sound judgment in uncertain situations.
- Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex data and problems into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with a strong commitment to using AI tools effectively in daily work.
