As a Procurement Manager for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), you will be a technical specialist supporting real estate development projects, ensuring cost control and effective material procurement throughout the commercial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantification and cost estimation for FF&E requirements across development projects.
• Prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process to secure competitive pricing and quality vendors.
• Evaluate and analyze supplier bids to support procurement decisions aligned with project budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day contract administration and vendor management to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Monitor project spending and provide cost control oversight to maintain alignment with approved budgets.
• Serve as a key technical resource for project teams on procurement strategy and material planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in procurement, FF&E management, or related roles in real estate development or commercial projects.
• Strong quantification and cost estimation skills with the ability to prepare accurate project budgets.
• Proficiency in bid evaluation, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of tender document preparation and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strict budget discipline.
