Scale is seeking an Enterprise Pricing Manager to lead deal pricing execution and strategy for the company’s enterprise segment. In this role with the CFO Team, you will own the complete deal lifecycle—from pricing calculations and customer deal structuring through approval and reporting—while helping Sales and Deal Desk leadership maintain clear visibility into pipeline health and margin performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day deal pricing and design customer-specific deal structures for non-standard or complex transactions across Land, Expansion, and Framework deals.
- Build and maintain a pricing dashboard that tracks deal status, pricing, and overall deal health across the enterprise pipeline.
- Provide leadership with regular pricing and trend reporting to communicate deal status and performance against targets.
- Identify bottlenecks in the deal review and approval process and propose solutions to accelerate cycle time.
- Coordinate deal crafting end-to-end from initial pricing and modeling through contract review, working with sales management, representatives, and internal stakeholders including Accounting, Finance, and Legal.
- Route deal packages to appropriate reviewers, track open items, and ensure deals progress without delays waiting for approvals.
- Support Sales and Finance leadership in quarterly strategy, forecasting, and P&L analysis while scoping and executing initiatives around pricing strategy, deal modeling, and value engineering.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in finance, deal desk, sales operations, management consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and exercise sound judgment when facing ambiguity.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes, building processes, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results.
- Ability to work effectively and build relationships across functions and organizational levels.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
- Strong financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
