Role overview

Scale is seeking a Growth Recruiter to source and place candidates for high-volume positions as the company accelerates its AI technology initiatives. This contract role sits within Gen AI Operations and focuses on building talent pipelines to support scaling goals while partnering across teams to align recruiting strategy with business needs.

Key responsibilities

Source and acquire qualified candidates for high-volume positions while meeting hiring and activation targets.
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening to identify top prospects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and personalized support throughout the interview process.
Collaborate with other growth recruiters, operations leads, and cross-functional leaders to understand business requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
Manage and adapt recruiting processes as the company evolves and grows.
Champion Scale’s brand and value proposition to candidates at recruiting events and throughout candidate interactions.
Represent Scale at occasional onsite growth recruiting events.

Requirements

At least two years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to customize messaging for different audiences.
Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates and successfully filling high-volume roles.
Experience acting as a dedicated candidate liaison and delivering high-touch support throughout the hiring process.
Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Background in a startup environment or genuine interest in AI tooling and agentic coding is a plus.
