Role overview
Vanta helps businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification. As GTM Program Manager for Revenue Onboarding, you will own the design and delivery of new hire bootcamp experiences and 90-day onboarding journeys for all revenue-facing employees. This high-ownership role shapes the first impression every new revenue hire has of the company and directly impacts long-term go-to-market performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, facilitate, and measure the global new hire bootcamp held in San Francisco, creating an engaging foundation that connects to broader onboarding experiences.
- Own program management for the first 90 days of onboarding, partnering with Field Enablement to develop role-specific learning journeys for Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales Development Reps, and other customer-facing roles.
- Build and maintain a scalable onboarding curriculum with subject matter experts covering product, customers, sales methodology, competitive landscape, and company culture.
- Establish clear ownership, timelines, and review processes to keep onboarding content accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Identify capability gaps by role, region, and onboarding stage, then translate learner feedback, manager input, and performance data into an improvement roadmap.
- Define and track program effectiveness using measures such as learner feedback, readiness assessments, ramp time, and role-specific productivity milestones in partnership with Enablement and RevOps.
- Partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and People to deliver a coordinated experience, working with regional Enablement teammates to adapt for local needs.
Requirements
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, as this is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco office.
- Five or more years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or program management, ideally within a revenue organization.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating live, in-person training for sales or customer-facing teams.
- Track record of running large, multi-stakeholder programs from conception to execution.
- Experience defining and reporting on program metrics such as ramp time, net promoter score, and productivity.
- Strong diagnostic and prioritization skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities across varied audiences, and proven cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and use AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
