The company operates a platform connecting contractors with over 7,000 building-material SKUs from more than 1,100 vetted suppliers across the Kingdom. As the Logistics & Supply Chain Operations Lead based in Jeddah, you will manage regional fulfillment, fleet dispatch, and supply chain execution across the Western Province while coordinating with the central leadership team in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region, supervising coordinators and helpers to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle including scheduling, vehicle assignment, and order closing across the BRKZ platform.
Manage high-volume bulk cement operations, including multi-truck orders and regional-specific delivery protocols while maintaining accurate documentation of Fasah permits and transportation costs.
Analyze regional workflows to identify improvement opportunities and develop standard operating procedures and best practices for the operations team.
Monitor regional performance metrics and generate operational reports using data dashboards to track deliveries, transporter costs, and team productivity.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, transporters, and service providers in the Western region to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards while identifying operational risks and developing contingency plans.

Requirements

Eight to ten years of experience in operations, with strong preference for background in logistics, supply chain, or construction materials industries.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed field teams with proven ability to supervise and develop staff.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency using operational dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, with knowledge of KSA transport regulations, Fasah permits, and the Western Province logistics landscape.
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Jeddah.
